Service Description
GetSentimate provides AI-powered analysis of YouTube video comments. We analyze sentiment, extract topics, and provide actionable insights to help content creators understand their audience better.
Account Terms
To use GetSentimate, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Credit System
How Credits Work:
- 1 credit = 1 complete video analysis
- Credits are purchased through one-time payments
- Credits never expire
- Credits are non-transferable
- Unused credits cannot be refunded (see Refund Policy)
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Scrape or extract data beyond your own analysis
- Resell or redistribute our service
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you agree to:
- Pay the stated price in your selected currency (INR or USD)
- Provide accurate payment information
- Accept that all sales are final (digital product)
Refund Policy
As GetSentimate is a digital service with instant delivery, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there are technical issues preventing service delivery. Please see our Cancellations & Refunds Policy for details.
Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GetSentimate are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
GetSentimate is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
