Digital Product Policy

GetSentimate is a digital service with instant delivery. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our service, all sales are final. When you purchase credits:

  • Credits are immediately added to your account
  • You gain instant access to the service
  • The digital product is "consumed" upon delivery
  • Credits never expire, so you can use them anytime

Exception Cases

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

Technical Issues

If our service fails to deliver analysis results due to a technical error on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you can demonstrate that a purchase was made without your authorization.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exception cases:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the purchase at vaidiksule@gmail.comm
  2. Provide details: Transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund request
  3. Wait for review: We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive decision: You'll be notified via email of our decision

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation
  • Unused credits will be removed from your account

Cancellations

No Subscriptions

GetSentimate does not use subscriptions. You purchase credits once and use them forever. There are no recurring charges to cancel.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for unused credits.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
